Really beautiful photos! They really capture the colorful pagentry. Many of the costums appear to have the same colors and fabrics. I’m wondering if the communities involved have a company make the outfits for the annual event. Can’t imagine that the participants can stand wearing the garments in such hot, muggy weathe.
Absolultely! Each Sestiere has their own colors, and the costumes reflect them.
